1. Financial Information Disclaimer

FinDiary is a personal journaling, budgeting, and split tracking tool. Anirjan is NOT a bank, registered investment advisor, lender, or financial institution.

All budget pace calculations, runway burn indicators, and AI assistant answers (Arti) are provided solely for personal informational and educational habit-tracking purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

2. User Responsibilities & App Lock

You agree to use FinDiary in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are solely responsible for maintaining device security, PIN lock credentials, and keeping your authentication tokens secure.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Billing

  • Store Billing: Premium upgrades and AI credit purchases are processed directly through Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) or Google Play Billing.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active subscription period through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
  • Universal AI Credits: Bonus credits earned via referrals or purchases are non-transferable and subject to our standard daily fair-use consumption rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, code, and user interface designs associated with FinDiary and Anirjan are the exclusive property of Anirjan. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the software without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anirjan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost records, incorrect personal split calculations, or device failures.
