MoneyBook ("we", "our", or "us"), a flagship product of Anirjan Collective, is engineered with a strict privacy-first, zero-knowledge architecture. This policy details how data is handled across our mobile applications, services, and sync systems in full compliance with global privacy standards, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the GDPR.

2. Information We Collect and Process

Financial Records: Transaction amounts, categories, dates, payment notes, and recurring schedules created by you.
Account Authentication: Optional email address used solely for multi-device sync, session management, and password recovery.
Voice Audio & Transcripts: Audio recorded when using Arti AI Voice Logging is processed transiently in memory for immediate transcription and intent detection. Raw audio recordings are not retained or monetized.
Diagnostic & Telemetry Data: Non-identifying crash logs and app performance statistics to fix bugs and improve stability.

3. Security Architecture & Encryption

All sensitive financial data is protected by cryptographic protocols:

Data in Transit: Encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
Data at Rest: Stored within isolated database vaults with AES-256 equivalent standards.
Biometric Security: Biometric authentication (Fingerprint / Face ID) and 4-digit PIN verification are executed locally through native operating system security enclaves.

4. Data Sovereignty & Portability

You have uncompromised control over your financial records:

1-Tap CSV Export: Export your full historical transaction ledger anytime via Settings > Data & Backup > Export Entries (CSV).
Purge by Date Range: Delete transactions for specific date windows without losing overall account history.
Permanent Account Deletion: Instantly wipe all your data from our servers and devices via Settings > Danger Zone > Delete My Account.
