Our units operate under two transparent classes to balance permanent equity alignment with instant member liquidity:
Sovereign Equity Shares
Your permanent, non-callable economic equity. The founder or platform cannot force a sale or recall these shares. You have sole authority over selling.
Callable Liquidity Shares
Units subject to the Founder Call Covenant at ₹4.00 par. The founder can buy back anytime with instant UPI transfer, and the holder cannot oppose. Holder may also cash out anytime.

When Anirjan generates distributable net surplus, 60% is retained for founder execution and operating entity development, while 40% is shared with eligible contributors according to their pro-rata units.
